...Nice blog, here's my version of tart fillings<br /><br />4 eggs<br />16 tbsp water<br />8 tbsp milk<br />150gm sugar<br />1/2 tsp vanilla essence<br />3 tsp custard powder<br /><br />boil water & sugar until sugar melt, add in the milk boil a little and remove from heat. Mix the custard powder with a little water and stir into the mixture. Beat the egg lightly and pour in the milk mixture and keep stirring to prevent the egg from cooked. Sieve the egg mixture and add in the vanilla essence. scoop into the tart shell bake at 170 c for 20 to 25 min or until cook.
