They might not knead as good as a mixer, what i try to do is restart the machine give it extra kneading then let it continue the job. That extra kneading helps so far with my panasonic bread maker. You can try out with kenwood basic or sweet dough function with this recipe see whether it helps.Kitchen Cornerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11609561513469940196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3789203549430647546.post-71837001541185105352015-06-17T13:44:39.962+08:002015-06-17T13:44:39.962+08:00Mine is kenwood. After many years of making bread, I ended up surrender to get a bread maker due to my insufficient time of produce bread manually everyday. <br />You are right, not all recipe can be use for bread maker that need times to study and experiment after I've got this good result. Furthermore, different bread maker has different function that only suit certain recipe. Well, if you have a mixer, and you have sufficient time to do manually, why not, I actually much prefer do manually if I able to. <br />By the way, may I know what is the brand of your bread maker?Kitchen Cornerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11609561513469940196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3789203549430647546.post-1247691205032357502015-06-16T21:11:53.001+08:002015-06-16T21:11:53.001+08:00Hi Grace, this bread look so soft. I find that it didn't do a good job in kneading the dough and not all bread recipe can be use for bread maker. So I just dump it in my storeroom. :( Cake Mixer can do a better and fine job in kneading bread dough.<br />Happy Flourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17852024645087225854noreply@blogger.com
