It's awesome!!!! I've to try this recipe! It sounds to me healthy and easy and differently from last granola recipe you've posted, there isn't maple sirup in here! Thanks a lot for the hint!! marty
Great to know you like this recipe. Enjoy!
I like your recipe. It is very simple but I'm afraid that it is too sweet. Will love to try out the recipe . Can I cut down the condensed milk? How much can I cut down?
At first, I thought the condensed milk was too much but it was not. Perhaps the amount of ingredients is quite a lot. The purpose of condensed milk was used is to bring everything combined and stick together so that it could become a solid bar. This is my first attempt so I don't have any experience of cutting down the amount of condensed milk yet but you could try out and see how is the result. Good luck!
I have tried your recipe last night.Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe. I like it but I have difficulty in cutting it and the paper stick to the bottom. At last I only use my hand to break into big pieces. Please advice.
Glad to know you like the recipe.
Did you use baking paper or baking parchment? Place a layer of baking paper on a tray before pouring the mixture into the baking pan. After bake, let it slightly cool down then gently turn up side down. Peel off the baking paper or parchment paper and use a sharp knife to cut. Hope my answer will help. Cheers!
Hi, Thanks for your recipe. I tried it last night. It's nice. But, I got the difficulty of remove the baking paper. May I know why?
I've no idea why it hardly remove from the baking paper as I can easily peel it off. Would it be the mixture undercook? I guess the mixture didn't cook enough for the condense milk to harden the mixture.
I put d baking tray at the middle level of the oven.. the top of the breakfast bar looks golden.. but bottom not.. so I wonder maybe I should not put @ the middle level of the oven?
Yes, perhaps you got to put the tray at the lower level in the oven. The breakfast bar should be turn out hard not soggy. Try again ok. Cheers!
